Cigar Vault Online will ship all items listed in our web site within 24 hours of receiving the payment. Most orders are processed the same day if received before 1:00 P.M. EST. - All orders paid with personal checks will be held for 5 business days pending the clearing of the check. - In order to prevent fraud, customer’s first orders will only be shipped to the customer’s credit card billing address. After the first order is completed, all future orders may be billed to one address and shipped to another. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is done to protect our customers and Cuban Crafters Cigars from fraudulent use of credit cards. – STANDARD SHIPPING is through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service and normal delivery takes 2 – 5 days.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $8.00. Alaska and Hawaii are plus $18.00. Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $23.00. Alaska and Hawaii are plus $36.00. All shipments to Post Office Boxes, Military FPO addresses, Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail under the STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES above.
– We will ship to any country in the world through UPS or DHL, depending on which one offers a lower rate to the country. If any taxes are due to the country which the cigars are shipped, it will be the full responsibility of the customer to pay the taxes. ALL required documents will be included with the shipment. ALL international orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed manually. Due to security reasons the order and payment must be verified prior to shipping. All shipping charges must be prepaid with the order – You can track your shipment by clicking here for UPS or here for USPS and entering the tracking number which you received in the email that confirmed your shipment.
