Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your premium boutique cigars. You must be fully satisfied with them, and with our service, or you get a credit refund of the purchase price(products must be returned within 7 days) Please contact us within the 7 days at sales@cigarvaultonline.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Simply place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit, minus the shipping charges, will be issued to your next order upon us receiving the cigars/products.

If you receive cigars or accessories that were damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on the carrier who delivered the box) and report it. After reporting the damage to the carrier contact us . We will promptly replace the full shipment free of any charges to you.

In order to keep our cigars in perfect condition, they are stored in our humidors at a perfect 70º F and 70% humidity. Additionally, they are wrapped in cellophane for the trip to you. This usually helps them retain their freshness. Our guarantee includes that all the cigars will arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that they arrived dry, you can place them in a humidor and they will regain their required moisture. If after receiving your cigars you are not satisfied with them…for any reason…You can contact us at sales@cigarvaultonline.com and they will be replaced(please contact us for more details). That’s how confident we are of the quality of the cigars we sell!
